Products are shipped within 2-3 Days using Poslaju. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We except exchange if we send you an incorrect item or a detective item, we appologize for the inconvenience and you may exchange with the same amount or higher price product. Please email us immediately regarding this matter and attached with a snapshot of the item.
Please mailed back to us within 7 working days. Customer responsible for the return item, therefore we recommend you to include the tracking number code in the email when you posted out. Return will only be done for the item in original condition ( Unwashed, Unworn, Without any stains and fragrances )
We reserved the right to reject any returned item that does not meet all mentioned conditions.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace and exchange for 1 to 1 , for the same item, if they are defective or damaged. Supported by the proof of photo and also approved and excepted by our management team in original condition. If you need to exchange it for the different item, send us an email at email@example.com and inform us which item are you interested to exchange for.
If the item was marked as a giveaway during an event, is not allowed for any exchange.
To exchange your product, you should communicate with us via email and wait for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM80 and above, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
